Let me Inspire you on your journey of self discovery and wellness

WELCOME TO JULIE KIDD YOGA THERAPY
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or simply in need of space to breathe and reconnect, you’re not alone. Life can pull us in many directions, and sometimes we lose touch with our centre, our body, our sense of ease. Therapeutic yoga offers a path back to Self, a journey of reconnecting with your inner power, wisdom, and capacity to heal. As a qualified Yoga Therapist and trainee Integrative Yoga Psychotherapist I am here as a compassionate guide, holding space for your healing, growth, and return to wholeness. Whether you’re navigating stress, grief, trauma, addiction recovery, chronic illness, or simply longing for more balance and meaning, yoga therapy offers a path towards greater calm, connection and wholeness.
WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?
Yoga therapy bridges ancient wisdom and modern understanding of the mind & body connection. It’s a personalised, evidence informed approach that uses movement, breath, mindfulness, and relaxation to support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
Each session is tailored to you, meeting you exactly where you are and helping you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Over time, this work can ease anxiety, improve sleep, enhance energy, and restore a sense of steadiness and trust in yourself.
My yoga therapy practice is open to all, regardless of experience, background, identity, or ability. I offer accessible one-to-one sessions both online and in-person locally, weaving together mindful movement, restorative stillness, guided breath work, or somatic awareness, each chosen to nurture your specific needs and intentions. This may look like improving mobility, easing anxiety, restoring energy, enhancing sleep, or simply making space to come home to yourself.

My approach is shaped by adaptability, inclusivity, and a heartfelt commitment to supporting your whole being, body, mind, heart, and spirit.
There is no “right way” to practise; it’s about listening inward and honouring your unique experience.

Julie is very knowledgeable about yoga and the anatomy. She immediately put me at ease from our first session and her studio area is an oasis of calm. I have a lot going on in my personal life at the moment so the time spent with Julie on a weekly basis was something that I really looked forward to. I felt both relaxed but energised at the end of each session and notice my sleep was better after my sessions with Julie. I have already recommended Julie to friends. She has a friendly, relaxed and caring manner.
In all of my work, I trust in the intelligence of the body, the wisdom of the breath, and the sacred rhythm of healing that flows through each of us. I believe we are more than the stories we carry, we are whole, even when we feel lost or disconnected. Just as others have held and guided me, I now offer that same space, one of deep listening, compassion, and quiet transformation.
